Snohomish County car crash kills Everett and Coupeville men and injures another | Everett car accident attorney
On December 7, 2008, driver Jamie Paul Lyon of Everett, Washington and passengers Derrick Thomas Kenney of Coupeville, Washington and a 26 year old Everett man were involved in a car crash on Riverview Road near Snohomish, Washington.The driver Lyon and passenger Kenney were killed at the scene from head injuries, and the other passenger was injured and taken to an Everett hospital for treatment of injuries.
According to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, the driver of the older model BMW was speeding when it left Riverview Road around 1:30 a.m. and struck a tree.

Everett Sound Transit bus accident injures pedestrian | Everett personal injury attorney
A 44-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured by a Sound Transit bus in Everett on February 20, 2009 at the intersection of Pacific and Wetmore Avenues just before 5 pm. It was not clear if the Everett man was in the crosswalk at the time of the bus accident, and Everett police will review a bus-camera video to help determine the cause of the accident.
The man was taken to Providence Medical Center in Everett and then airlifted later to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he was recovering.

Everett woman killed crossing I-5 | Everett pedestrian injury attorney
On March 29, 2009, a pedestrian woman was killed after attempting to run across Interstate 5 in Everett and being struck by two vehicles. According to the Washington State Patrol, the woman was hit in the northbound lanes of I-5 near Everett Mall at about 8:30 pm. Neither driver was hurt according to WSP.
