Bus Crash Near Cle Elum Kills 2, Injures 21 | Washington Car Accident Attorney

On Saturday, Jeffrey R. Irmer, 24, of Spokane was standing by his disabled pick-up truck along Interstate 90 when a tour bus transporting soccer fans after a match in Seattle crashed into his truck, reports King 5 News.

Shortly after 6:00 p.m. the bus attempted to change out of the right lane to avoid Irmer's vehicle, but struck another vehicle in the left lane. Both the bus and other vehicle rolled, causing the bus to crash into Irmer's truck and the other vehicle to crash into the median.

Ciro R. Astudillo, 51, and Virginia Ocamposoriano, 45, both of Pasco and passengers on the tour bus, were killed. Irmer was transported to Harborview Medical Center with a broken leg and is in satisfactory condition. 21 other people were injured and were transported to Kittitas Valley Community Hospital and a triage center, both in Ellensburg.
