Car crashes into school bus in Bush Prairie | Bellevue car crash attorney

22-year-old Jace Delgado of Battle Ground, Washington crashed his car into the rear of a school bus on state Highway 503 in Brush Prairie, Washington.  The bus driver Nina Millard also of Battle Ground was heading northbound near NE 149th Street when she stopped at a railroad crossing.  

Delgado was following an SUV north on Highway 503 also behind the school bus.  The SUV driver changed lanes but Delgado was unable to stop in time and ended up underneath the back of the bus.  He suffered back pain and was taken by ambulance to Southwest Washington Medical Center where he was treated and released.  The bus driver was not injured according to the report.

Oftentimes, a driver in an accident may not experience immediate pain at the scene and will tell the investigating officer that she feels "fine" and so the police report indicates the driver was not injured.  Insurance companies will try use this against you but as long as you see a medical professional as soon after the car accident as possible, you will have a better argument to make your case.
