This weekend was host to the "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan at the Seattle Dog Winterfest at the Bell Harbor Inernational Conference Center on the Seattle waterfront.  His show on the National Geographic Channel highlights how he changes the behavior of aggressive and difficult dogs and their owners who may need just as much training as the dogs.
