The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of two new 2009 models of Giant Bicycles, the TCR Advanced SL Team and SL (ISP), due to the possibility of weak front forks which may crack and break leading to a fall and injury to the bicycle rider.

You may contact Giant Bicycle for a free inspection and replacement fork at 866-458-2555 for information.

If you've been injured in a bicycle crash or accident due to the negligence of another or due to a defective part on the bicycle, call the Andrew Kim Law Firm, PLLC at (425) 289-1990 in Bellevue or Seattle and King County and (253) 682-2000 in Tacoma or Pierce County and we can let you know whether you have a possible claim for injuries or damage to your bike.
