Kent Police Officer Injured in Accident | Kent Injury Attorney

A Kent police officer was injured in an early morning accident on Monday, reports King 5 News.

Just before 1:00 a.m. early Monday morning, a red SUV traveled ran a red light at the intersection of S. 212th Street and 84th Avenue S.  The Kent police office drove through the same intersection, right into the red SUV.  The patrol car's hood was crashed in and the driver side door of the SUV was crushed.

The collision is still under investigation.  Both drivers were taken to Valley Medical Hospital as a precaution.  The officer, a seven year veteran, was treated and released with no serious injuries.  The condition of other driver is unknown.
