King County Assessor guilty in vehicular assault | Seattle motor vehicle attorney
King County Assessor guilty in vehicular assault. The Seattle Times reports that King County Assessor Scott Noble pleaded guilty to a vehicular assault Wednesday morning. On January 18, 2009 Noble was involved in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 5 causing injuries to him and two other woman.
Noble, 58 apologized to the victims, King County citizens, Department of Assessments' staff and the County Council. The sentencing is scheduled for June 19, 2009 and Noble is planning to resign before that after 16 years of service as a elected assessor.
