Man pleads guilty in fatal car crash near Toppenish | Washington car crash attorney

Kelly Leroy York, of Buena, Yakima County pleaded guilty in Yakima County Superior Court to all charges including fatality hit-and-run, vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in from a fatal car crash last Thanksgiving near Toppenish, Washington.

The car accident killed 37 year old Rose Magana of El Mirage, Arizona and injured five other people.  As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors agreed to recommend a sentence of 10 years.  The sentencing date was set for May 13, 2009.
