Mason County car crash | Washington car accident lawyer

16 year old Joshua McGuire and his 14 year old brother Jordan McGuire were involved in a tragic one car crash on State Route 3, three miles from Allyn, Washington in Mason County.  Joshua was driving a 1987 BMW northbound when he lost control of the car and truck a utility pole. 

Jordan died at the scene from his injuries and Joshua was transported to Mason General Hospital with a serious head injury and a broken neck.  He was later airlifted to Harborview Medical Center where he remained in serious condition.  According to the Washington State Patrol, it did not appear that drugs or alcohol were factors in causing the car collision.  Both boys attended North Mason High School in Belfair, Washington.

There was no mention in the report if the speed of the car, weather and road conditions, or mechanical failure were factors in the car crash.  Investigation of these facts will determine whether the passenger and/or driver can make a claim for injuries against the insurance company.
