Four people in a minivan were injured and taken to a hospital early Sunday morning on November 10, 2008 at about 2:48 a.m.  They were traveling southbound on Martin Luther King Jr. Way South when the driver lost control and crashed into a light pole near South Norfolk Street.

Although there is no mention of alcohol use or DUI, you have to wonder whether this was a factor in causing the car accident after a possible Saturday night out with friends and then returning home in the wee hours of the morning.  Fortunately, there were no other vehicles involved but just a light pole that was damaged.

Andrew Kim Law Firm, PLLC handles injury claims for passengers against the at fault driver.  Multiple claimants may raise an issue of whether there is enough liability insurance coverage on the minivan, depending on the severity of the injuries and the total value of the claims.  You may need to determine if there is other insurance available for example, Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage, to provide another layer of coverage.

Let us figure out the legal issues for you so you can focus on getting the necessary medical treatment for your injuries and getting better.  Call us at (425) 289-1990.
