Washington is the first state in the United States to pass a law prohibiting students atheletes who appear to have symptoms of a concussion from returning to the game until cleared by a licensed health care provider. This same law requires both the parents and the injured athlete be given information regarding concussions and brain injuries.

If your student athlete suffered any injuries as a result of a school sporting event, call The Andrew Kim Law Firm for a free consultation to discuss the accident and injury. In the Tacoma area (253) 682-2000, Bellevue and surrounding area (425) 289-1990 or toll free (800) 636-3676.
