Pedestrian hit by car after jumping onto I-5 from overpass| Seattle Car Accident Attorney
Komo 4 news reports, a pedestrian jumped from a freeway overpass onto Interstate 5 Saturday night in Seattle and was hit by a vehicle that just kept going.
Washington State Patrol responded to the scene, just south of Mercer Street after receiving a report of a body in the roadway.
A preliminary investigation found that the pedestrian jumped from the overpass and landed in the second northbound lane. The pedestrian was then struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
