Seattle pedestrian hit by car | Bellevue pedestrian car accident attorney

A 29 year old man was hit by a car at about 10:10 pm after getting off a Metro bus and trying to cross 9th Avenue SW at an unmarked intersection near SW Elmgrove Street in the Highland Park area of Seattle.  He was critically injured and taken to Harborview Medical Center with life threatening injuries.

The 51 year old driver of the Chrysler Lebaron that struck the pedestrian was traveling north on 9th Avenue SW.  According to the police, the driver showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  He was also taken to Harborview for a blood draw for further investigation of DUI.
