Snohomish County car crash kills Everett and Coupeville men and injures another | Everett car accident attorney

On December 7, 2008, driver Jamie Paul Lyon of Everett, Washington and passengers Derrick Thomas Kenney of Coupeville, Washington and a 26 year old Everett man were involved in a car crash on Riverview Road near Snohomish, Washington. 

The driver Lyon and passenger Kenney were killed at the scene from head injuries, and the other passenger was injured and taken to an Everett hospital for treatment of injuries.

According to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, the driver of the older model BMW was speeding when it left Riverview Road around 1:30 a.m. and struck a tree.
