Tour bus crashes on U.S. 101 in Monterey, California | Seattle, Bellevue, Washington bus accident attorney

A tour bus owned and operated by Orion Pacific Tour Bus Co. in Orange County, California veered into a guard rail on a U.S. 101 overpass on the Monterey Peninsula and flipped and rolled, ejecting several passengers from the bus along with luggage and clothing onto the highway.

The bus was carrying French and Canadian passengers killing at least four people and injuring everyone else on the bus estimated to be up to 48 people on board.  Because of the accident scene's remoteness, eight helicopters and 14 ambulances were needed to take the injured to hospitals in the region, officials said.  The cause of the bus accident is still under investigation at the time of this writing.
