Trolley crash caused by texting driver | Bellevue bus crash attorney

A Boston trolley train driver was texting his girlfriend on his cell phone when he crashed the train into a stopped train on the Green Line injuring 50 people.  The National Transportation Safety Board found no mechanical problems with the brakes or other equipment on the train that caused the crash.  

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority already bans operators of trains and buses from using cell phones but will now further limit its drivers from bringing the phones on board when driving.
