Getting a Copy of Your Fife Police Department Accident Report
Please note that the Fife Police Department requires all requests for an incident or accident report be done in writing. On their website, they offer a .pdf form for download.
When filling out the form, fill in as much information as possible. The required information:
-Names of all persons involved
-Incident date
-Incident type (car accident, dog bite, etc.)
-The contact information of the requestor
There is a charge of $5.00 for any report that is 6 pages or less. Any extra pages will be at a $1.00/page charge.
Once your request is received, their office will respond within five (5) working days. The report will be mailed or will also be available for pick-up. In the event that your report cannot be produced within the five day period, they will provide you with an explanation as to why the timeframe could not be met.
The incident report will not be released if payment is not received or the incident is still under investigation.
