Car Accident Report: Tacoma Collision Injures Driver
The following is a description of the accident and injuries of a former Andrew Kim Law Firm client. *Initials are used to protect the identities of the parties involved.On September 9, 2009, SG was driving eastbound on E. 38th Street in Tacoma, Washington. At the 800 block, SL made a left turn onto E. 38th Street from a parking lot without seeing SG and collided with SG's vehicle. Significant damage was done to the front end of SG's vehicle.
SG suffered injuries to the low-mid back and the right side of the body, including the neck and arm. SG went to a local emergency room for examination of the injuries and for x-rays. SG continued on a treatment regime of physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy lasting approximately 9 months.
After treatment was complete, SG's Tacoma car accident attorney was able to negotiate a settlement with SL's insurance company, Travelers and secured a fair and reasonable settlement.
