Car Accident Report: Car in Reverse Injures Driver
The following is a description of the accident and the injuries of a former Andrew Kim Law Firm Client. *Initials are used to protect the identity of the parties involved.On March 26, 2010, DM was turning off of Steilacoom Blvd. and into a fastfood restaurant. AL was at a stop sign in the parking lot when AL's vehicle was put in reverse, accelerated and backed into DM's vehicle.
There was extensive front-end damage to DM's vehicle and DM had injuries to the neck and back, as well as migraines and nose bleeds.
