What are the odds I wil lose, if the police report says that she hit me and she was issued the ticket?

A lady hit me from behind. She was issued a ticket and she made a report to the police stating that she hit me. She told her insurance that I hit her and now her insurance company is dening the claim. the case is going to arbritration what are the odds I will loose.

Andrew's answer:

If she gave a statement to the police and her insurance company admitting she hit you, then your insurance company should prevail at intercompany arbitration.
